Aaranya Care is a service design project to strengthen rural primary healthcare in remote India by integrating telemedicine, ASHA workers, and mobile medical units into one seamless, patient-centred journey. Through field research, stakeholder mapping, and scenario modelling, we designed a holistic framework that improves access, follow-up, and support for short-term illnesses, making care more transparent, coordinated, and empathetic for rural communities.
