Green Nudges in ChatGPT
Study on Behavioral Nudges
This project examines how digital green nudges in conversational AI interfaces can encourage more sustainable user decisions by making the environmental impact of digital actions visible. By integrating informative, social, and incentive-based nudges within key touchpoints, the solution helps users opt for lower-emission features without compromising autonomy. Effectiveness was validated through controlled experiments and user studies, revealing improved awareness and measurable shifts towards eco-friendly interactions.
