This study focuses on using behavioural nudges within ChatGPT to shift users toward low-emission model choices. The team designed informative, social, and incentive-based nudges across key interface touchpoints. Results validated that these interventions improved user awareness and drove measurable shifts in behaviour without compromising the experience.
