This project focuses on improving healthcare access and continuity of care for remote Indian communities. The team conducted field research, stakeholder mapping, and scenario modelling to integrate telemedicine, ASHA workers, and mobile medical units. The resulting holistic framework creates a more transparent, coordinated, and empathetic patient-centred healthcare journey.
