This project focuses on evaluating and redesigning key flows in the PlayO mobile app platform. User research and usability testing identified major pain points, which were addressed through redesigning screens and structure of the application. Improvements were validated by comparing the original and redesigned experiences, showing measurable gains in user efficiency and satisfaction.
